Supermarket Billboard Terms of Service

How does the program work?

We will work with you to identify the right location(s) for a Billboard Ad.  These ads are on the top, front and sides of the Free Publication Racks in major grocery stores throughout New England.   We have various sized ads available depending on the racks in specific stores.

After you sign an Insertion Order, you will need to provide us with a digital copy of your ad.  300 DPI Flatened. If you don’t have a graphics person, we are happy to refer you to one.  We will provide you with the specific requirements. Once we have the final design, we will submit it to the chain for approval which takes 3 – 7 business days. Once approved it will be sent to the printer which has a turn around time of 7 – 14 days.

Once we receive it back from the printer it will be installed within 3 – 5 business days. This process could be as long as a month and as short as two weeks.   Once your ad is up, you will also have access to one free brochure pocket on the rack.  You will need to provide us with rack cards or other material.

What ads work best?

People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it. A clean, actionable, advertisement produces good results for clients. Give them your why and the results will follow.    For your rack card,  make sure the top third of the card has the call to action as this is the part customers will see when they look at the rack.

Will I be exclusive?

We only allow one business per category to advertise with a Billboard Ad on each rack, so there will be 1 Real Estate Company/Agent, 1 Insurance Company, 1 Car Dealer, 1 Health Care Provider or Dentist, etc. . While only one advertiser per category will have a Billboard Ad on the rack, other company in your category may have brochures or magazines in the general rack.

What Type of Marketing pieces can I use?

In your free brochure pocket, you can use office specific magazines, newspapers, brochures, rack cards, home buyers reference guides, calendars, post cards, market folders, or magazines with your business cards attached.

I don’t have any marketing material can we help you develop it?

Yes. We can either introduce you to a third party or help you directly. Rack cards and news print products are very affordable to print.

Do I have to produce a printed product for my free brochure pocket?

No. However your chances of long term success in crease if a future client has a product to take with them. The Home Buyers Reference Guide is a good example of that.

How many do I need to print?

We generally recommend you start with 1000 brochures. If you need to use newspapers, booklets and Magazines we would discuss actual requirements with you.

How often do the locations get serviced?

Locations are serviced at least once per week.

What happens if you run out of products? Do I get notified?

We will notify you when our stock of inventory is low.  We generally try to give you at least 45 days notice.

Where is the rack placed?

Racks are generally near the entrance and exit doors to the stores.  The actual location varies by store and we are happy to discuss the actual display location during the sale process.

Where will my ad be placed?

Display racks have multiple locations for ads including Larger Headers on top, Medium Headers on top, Small Ads on the front and on the side of the rack.

How long is the contract for?

Contracts are for one year and are renewable 90 days before they expire.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes we break this into 3 easy payments for clients.

1)     Upon signing

2)     60 days after install

3)     6 months after install
